Kirksville
went on an 11-0 run that covered most of the third quarter to
go from trailing by five to leading by six at the end of the
quarter. Unofficially in the second half, Chillicothe
shot just 3 of 24 from two point range and 1 of 11 from three
point range.
Kirksville was 20 of 30 at the free throw line in the
game while Chillicothe was 8 of 16 at the free throw line. The
Lady Hornets attempted 22 three point attempts in the game.
Kirksville's Jackie Bishop left the game midway through
the third quarter with a knee injury. She stayed on the
sidelines with her leg elevated and iced. The extent of the
injury is not know.
