It was no surprise that Chillicothe had their hands full with 2^nd seeded Staley High School in the first round of district play at Staley’s home field.  Chillicothe had a hard time gaining any momentum to move the ball forward as they were constantly on the defensive against the Lady Falcons.  Chillicothe only managed 3 shots to Staley’s 33, throughout the game and was not until the 76^th minute that Madeline Brick sent a direct free kick over the head of Staley’s backup keeper for Chillicothe’s only real chance at a goal.
     With the loss Chillicothe finishes with their best record in their short 4 year history at 11-8, 4-3 in conference, which should place them around third.  This was also their second winning season, both overall and in conference.  With the season’s end the program says good bye to 5 seniors, Catherine Tipton, Madeline & Meredith Brick, Brooke Westcott and Rochelle Gillilan.  This was also the last game for Coach Allison, as he has to step down from coaching, due to other commitments wit his regular job.  He will take a lot of good memories with him and knows the program will continue to do well.
