Chillicothe Freshman Nate McKiddy nailed a three point shot from the right wing at the buzzer to give Chillicothe a 41-38 win over LeBlond in the Cameron tournament Consolation semi-finals.

     Chillicothe tried to get the ball inside for the win, but the shot was no good. Tyler Clampitt out-fought the LeBlond defenders for the ball, flipped it out to the perimeter where after two passes, McKiddy calmly hit the shot with two defenders on him for the game winner. The shot culminated a decisive final four minutes where Chillicothe went on a 9-0 run for the win.
     LeBlond managed just four points in the final quarter: a basket from Jon Zuptich to start the fourth and a basket by Jacob Madden with just over four minutes left in the game. The Golden Eagles were held scoreless after that.
     The teams battled the entire game with Chillicothe leading the entire first quarter and part of the second. LeBlond led part of the second before Chillicothe hit a trey at the end of the first half to tie the game. The lead changed hands three times in the second half, with LeBlond leading much of the time.
     Chillicothe played great defense much of the game, holding team leader Grant Gillaspie to just 4 points. Jacob Madden had 15 points but only two came in the fourth quarter.
