The Chillicothe Boys Soccer team shook off a sluggish first half and beat St Joseph Lafayette 4 to 0. The Hornets scored in the 22nd minute when Steven Cooper found the goal off an assist from Brice Griffin. That 1-0 lead would hold up the rest of the first half.
     Chillicothe played a strong second half with three goals. Griffin scored in the 48th minute off a Cooper assist. Cooper had his second goal in the 54th minute with a header into the net off an assist by Derek Hussey. The Hornets wrapped up the scoring with a Jeremiah Appleberry score off an Brandon Murray Assist.
     Troy Toedebusch picked up his 6th shut out of the season, with just two saves. Lafayette's Goal Keeper had 11 saves. Chillicothe is now 6-1 while Lafayette falls to 4-9-1.
