Coach Tim
Riekena says: Wonderful Morning to run. Flat Course, 17 schools.
Kolby Eller, our #3 runner is out for the season due to a hernia. We
missed his solid performance today as we will the rest of the
season. We had four runners set Personal Records. Freshman Zac
Holland ran his second full 5K and finished with a strong 22:07,
good enough for a 5th place medal. Noah Holland knocked over 4
minutes off his best time. Nathan Hollis also got his PR as did
Austin Mosier. Andrew Jensen ran another good race. He got caught up
in some heavy traffic at the start and it was 1/2 mile before he was
able to move up to 2nd place. He's running very strong. Overall all
the athletes ran hard on a perfect day."
