The
Chillicothe Lady Hornets put together their best game of the
season in a 30-point route of South Harrison. Chillicothe
started the game with an effective press, but couldn't get
shots to fall. They build a 6 lead late in the 1st quarter
when Erin Gilliland launched a running half court shot at the
buzzer that was nothing but net, and the Lady Hornets never
looked back Chillicothe outscored South Harrison 17-8 in the
second and 19-5 in the third quarters.
Chillicothe had contributions from everyone, led by
Maggie Graves 17 points. Chillicothe was active at the free
throw line, shooting 15 of 20 in the game.
