Chillicothe
Senior Samantha McKiddy made history Monday, becoming the first
Chillicothe Lady Hornet to sign a Volleyball letter of intent.
McKiddy will take her Volleyball skills to the eastern side of the
state to
Culver-Stockton College, which is located in Canton, MO north of
Hannibal.
Culver-Stockton is a member of the Heart of America
Athletic Conference and is an NAIA School. Head Coach Caren Kemner
expects big things from McKiddy

Kemner is in her second year at Culver-Stockton. She
spent 15 years with the United States National Team, played in the
1988 Seoul Olympics and two years in an Italian Professional League.
McKiddy, a three time all conference player and holder
of the school Volleyball Kills record, says Coach Kemner was a big
reason for her signing with Culver-Stockton

The Chillicothe Lady Hornets Volleyball team went
16-13-1 this season. McKiddy led the team in kills with 282, spike
attempts with 561 and service aces with 33.
