went 1-1 in the three team Marshall Round Robin Tournament.
Chillicothe downed Marshall in the opener 8-6. Coach Dave Mapel was
pleased with the hitting. "We made good contact at the plate".
Brett Stephens pitching helped the cause, fanning 13
Marshall batters. "That may be a CHS record" commented Mapel.

out of the park to help the Eagles down Chillicothe 7-3.
Coach Mapel said the Hornets seem to lose the fire they had in the
first game. "We made a couple of mistakes early and dug ourselves a
hole that we had trouble climbing out of."
