Chillicothe pounded
out 15 hits to route Cameron 13-3 in five innings. "Obviousloy we
had the best night of our young season" commented Hornets coach Dave
Mapel. "Connor Lindley and A. J. VanHoutan pounded the ball deep for
doubles, We went up the bat and did a better job of finding our
pitch and attacking it."
Mapel also complimented the team's overall hustle,
backing up bases and getting the ball to where it needed to go.
Chillicothe improves to 2-5 overall and 1-1 in MEC play
