Benton Invitational - 2nd |
Chillicothe brought home six medals in the Benton Invitational. The
Hornets team finished 2nd out of 8 teams with 91 points. Benton won
their own event with 44 points.
Coach Tim Riekena was pleased with the performance by
his team. "The boys varsity taking 2nd place was a huge team effort.
All the runners who ran it last year improved their times." Riekena
says once again Mary Kate Taylor ran a smart race and Thomas Cassity
improved his time by 45 seconds.
