Cameron
used the outside shooting of 6'4" Trace Naylor in the first
quarter and the inside play of 6'7" Mitch Hatten in the third
quarter to beat the Hornets 64-41 and improve to 16-0.
Naylor hit four of five treys in the first quarter to build
an 11 point lead after the first quarter. Chillicothe climbed
back into the game in the second quarter to trail by just
seven at intermission. However, the Hornets had no
defensive answer for the 6'7" Hatten who scored 11 of his 21
points in the third quarter.
Cameron was red hot from the outside, hitting 10 of 14
treys in the game. Chillicothe's Alex Thompson had 21 points
but the Hornets failed to find a second scoring threat in the
game. |
