St Joseph Lafayette scored twice in the first half and went on to beat Chillicothe 2-0 in the Boys Soccer district championship game. Lafayette scored on a penalty kick in the 14th minute then on a long goal in the 22nd minute.
     Troy Toedebusch had 4 saves on goal for Chillicothe while Lafayette’s goal keeper had 6 saves on goal. Chillicothe ends the season at 10-8-1 while Lafayette advances to the state tournament with a 10-13 record.
