The Chillicothe Lady Hornets lost to a talented Marshall Soccer team 3 to 1. Marshall scored first with 4:41 left in the 1st half when a loose ball went off the Chillicothe goalkeeper’s hands and into the net.
     Chillicothe tied the game in the opening minutes of the second half when Addie Stottlemyre drilled the ball into the net. The tied score lasted about two minutes when Marshall scored.
     The final Lady Owl goal came with 14 minutes left in the game when the goal hit off a Chillicothe player’s leg and into the Lady Hornet goal.
     Chillicothe played the game with out two starters: starting goalkeeper Crysten Lollar who is done for the season due to a concussion, Lindy Saunders, one of the team’s leading scorers, who suffered a leg injury in the previous night’s game.
