The Chillicothe Lady Hornets volleyball team showed improvement, but lost to Smithville in straight games 19-25, 18-25 in a home match. Coach Karen Jackson said the team made quite a bit of improvement over their first match last week. She said the team still needs to make sure they are where they are supposed to be on their coverage.
     Samantha McKiddy had 9 kills and 5 digs, Madi Critten had 2 blocks, Maddy Williams had 4 digs, Cecily Donoho had 4 assists and Allison Pagliai had 3 assists.
