Coach Tim
Riekena Says:
Even though it was cool and breezy, the weather wasn't
bad for running. I am very proud of the team. There has been
so much improvement made this year. Layne Worman set a new
personal record on a tough course. Zach Holland came close
to a new personal record. Cody Saville finished up his high
school career with a solid effort.
It took the entire team to get us to state. The
experience helped all the runners to grow as competitors as
well as learn how to run in tight packs. Between the 18:00
and 19:00 finish times, 78 runners crossed the line. I had
two runners with scratched legs from getting spiked during
the race.
The entire team appreciates the wonderful support
we had this season |
