Big Win Over Trenton for Girls Tennis

Coach Amanda Marsh comments:
"Our team performed great Thursday! We have been
playing some very good opponents lately with the Excelsior Springs
Tournament and the Kirksville Match and I think our girls had felt a
little deflated from those matches.
"In reality those matches are what make you better and it was
proven at this Trenton match. Most scores at our previous duel with
Trenton had been closer than now. The scores weren't as close and we
won more overall matches. It shows our improvement from the beginning of
the season to now.
"We are very excited about the Maryville match on
Tuesday. It will be for the conference championship and will be a good
match. We could use all the support we can get, so please come out to
Danner courts around 4:00 on Tuesday. This Lady Hornet team is full of
hard working girls that are fun to watch." |
