Coach Bob Long Says:
The Chillicothe Hornets boys' tennis team (3-7)
picked up their third win of the season at the expense of the
Lafayette Fighting Irish. All of the doubles teams got off to
a quick lead, except the new duo of Junior Grahm Mayers and
Senior Gunnar Young. After conquering the wind, Grahm and
Gunnar won the final six games for the 8-3 win. In singles,
Tyler, Seth, Matt and Gunnar each won quickly and decisively.
Grahm and fellow junior Noah Crowe each won their match as a
rain shower came down.
