Trenton had the overall medalist but the Chillicothe
Lady Hornets Golf team easily won a triangular meet at Trenton's Riverside
Country Club with a 206, Trenton a 323 and Putnam County a 341. Trenton's
Werthen Gass was the medalist in the event with a 46. .
Chillicothe was led by Hannah Haakonstad with a
49, Riley Brobst a 51, Hallie Jones a 52, Maddie Lamp a 54 and Lexi
Hargrave a 60.
Three Chillicothe JV golfers also played with
Jensen Simmer a 53, Lauren Price a 59 and Kennasyn Johnson a 63.
Coach Bob Long said Jones began her high school career
paring holes one and two while Riley Brobst parred holes two and four. |
