The Chillicothe Hornets Girls' golf team (6-3) hosted
the Lawson Cardinals at Green Hills Golf Course. The Hornets won the match
with a score of 211. Lawson had a score of 229. Hallie Jones was the low
score with a 47, followed by 52 from Maddie Lamp. Cassidy Findley of
Lawson shot a 54. Hallie parred number eight. Lexi Hargrave parred hole
number five.
Juniors Riley Brobst and Kennasyn Johnson continue to
work hard and improve. Riley is playing terrific and I'm extremely proud
of her and Kennasyn. Kennasyn parred number six and played her best round
to date.
The Hornets compete in district play Tuesday, September
26 at the LaPlata Country Club. |
