The Chillicothe Boys' tennis team (0-1) opened their season in
Carrollton against the Carrollton Trojans. The Hornets lost 2-7. All
of the Hornets played their first varsity matches. Junior Chace
Corbin won his first singles match in the number one spot, against
the talented senior who played number two in 2019. Junior Emmett
Young picked up the other Hornet victory. Emmett was tied 4-4,
before pulling ahead 7-4 and winning 8-5. |
