On the
heels of a 15 innings victory, Chillicothe softball struggled
turning hits into runs, losing 5 to 2 at Savannah.
Chillicothe had eight hits but only managed two runs.
Savannah had nine hits and five runs. The Lady Savages gave
their crowd plenty to cheer for early, scoring three in the
first and one in the second inning.
Chillicothe failed to manage any extra base hits, compared to two
home runs and three doubles for Savannah
