Baseball in the early years was a
hit and miss proposition (pun not intended) Seldom did they play
more than a few games, due to the problem that is timeless: not
enough athletes to go around. Track was hugely popular in
Chillicothe in the early years which attracted most of the
athletes.
Some years the baseball team played until track
started, other years there was no baseball team at all. |
