    LeBlond Senior Jackie Ziesel scored 11 points in the first quarter to help her team beat Chillicothe 57-36 in St Joseph. Ziesel's first shot was a trey which put her into the 1,000 career points club.
     Chillicothe was overwhelmed early in the game, down by as many as 14 points in the first quarter. Coach Rachael Lowe stated despite the loss to state-ranked LeBlond, she felt her young team played much better against the Senior dominated opponent.
     Chillicothe post player Samantha McKiddy sat out her second straight game due to back problems, and LeBlond was with out their 6'0" center who is out with a foot injury.
